HIRING: SAFETY OFFICER 3

Locations:1 for Pampanga & 1 for Calamba, Laguna

We are looking for highly skilled and dedicated Safety Officers (SO3) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will ensure the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and enforce safety programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with occupational safety and health standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate safety orientations, trainings, and toolbox meetings.
  • Coordinate with project teams to promote a culture of safety on site.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) with valid DOLE accreditation.
  • With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in OSH standards, safety audits, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pampanga or Calamba, Laguna.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 17 months

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
