Job Description

The role of Influencer Marketing Coordinator exists to support the growth and execution of influencer marketing and partnership campaigns. This involves managing relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

This position is critical for maintaining the brand's authentic voice and expanding its reach within the health-conscious consumer market.


Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles.
  • Prior experience working within DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms.
  • Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable.
