Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program. The successful candidate will own strategy and execution across multiple platforms, developing and managing a content calendar that supports brand and business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing brand social media and influencer programs, with a proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms. Strong video editing and graphic design skills are also essential, as is the ability to create compelling short-form video content and write clear, engaging copy.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, including developing and managing a content calendar, creating and publishing content, and engaging with our audience. They will also identify and engage influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and manage influencer partnerships end-to-end.

This is a full-time contract position structured as a monthly retainer. Please include your proposed monthly retainer with your application. This role does not include traditional employee benefits, but it is a pathway to a full-time salaried role for the right candidate as the business grows.

Requirements
