As a key member of our marketing team, the Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role requires creating comprehensive influencer marketing plans, identifying and collaborating with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience, and cultivating strong professional relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Influencer Sourcing: Identify and collaborate with influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
