Job Title: Campaign Deployment Specialist

A high-impact professional is needed to manage CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution across multiple countries and brands. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up cross-channel journeys, automations, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploying CRM campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS), and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the team.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus.
