Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team in managing influencer relationships.

This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining strong connections with influencers. The successful candidate will be comfortable with outreach, communication through email and social media, and campaign operations support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, influencer management or client-facing roles, with excellent written and spoken English skills. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively. If you have a passion for marketing and influencer management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement and campaign success.
  • Track influencer communications, deliverables, and campaign progress using Google Workspace tools.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and our agency team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
  • Provide general marketing operations support as needed for client influencer programs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on email and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
