As a forward-thinking leader, you will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship price comparison service and ParcelHero Pro platform.

This strategic and hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development and engineering processes, as well as commercial acumen and the ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimise the product based on insights.
