We are seeking a seasoned Digital Product Analyst to join our team in driving data-driven decisions and strategy.

About the Role

As a Digital Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior across our product to uncover patterns, friction points, and opportunities. You will define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and work closely with product managers and engineers on live digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior across the product to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key product metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and product experiments.
  • Work with engineers and product managers to ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies in collaboration with the team.
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Create self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
  • Prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude).
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.

This is a home-based role working US hours.
