Job Opportunity: Lead Product Developer

  • We are looking for a skilled and innovative leader to drive the development of our product suite, focusing on strategic direction and technical execution.
  • This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of software development processes and commercial strategy, enabling effective collaboration with tech teams and sales/marketing departments.

About the Role:

As a senior product leader, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and representing product in engineering meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

You will need to have a deep understanding of software development and engineering processes, combined with experience in product management ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the overall product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritize features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely high-quality delivery.

- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.

- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.

- Define KPIs, analyze usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimize the product based on insights.
