Job Description

As a Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact marketing function that drives awareness, demand, and customer loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and brand presence directly contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role. They must have a proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth, as well as strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator and storyteller, able to simplify complex SaaS products into compelling narratives. They will also have a data-driven mindset, with expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a growth roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team to drive creativity, accountability, and high performance
  • Owning messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market
  • Demand generation through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing
  • Pipeline alignment with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Customer advocacy through case studies, communities, and advocacy programs
  • Data and ROI analysis to define KPIs and refine strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams
