Job Overview

A highly skilled Project Director is required to lead and manage various projects across different departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams to execute project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring team members are fully utilized and projects are adequately staffed. Coordinate with department heads to ensure the availability of resources and resolve conflicts in resource allocation.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and post-project evaluations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
