Executive Operations Director Role

This leadership position involves ensuring seamless client delivery and exceptional service standards. The Executive Operations Director will be the operational anchor of a high-performing team, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to optimize systems, drive performance, and scale operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. They will monitor team performance and operational KPIs, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective action. The role requires gathering and analyzing client feedback to anticipate needs, course-correct in real time, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles. They should have 1-2 years of experience mentoring or managing professionals in a team leadership capacity. Proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience is also essential.

Nice-to-Haves:

Candidates with EA coaching experience, onboarding & training experience, process improvement skills, conflict resolution experience, or agency/BPO background are highly desirable.
