Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee payroll operations across multiple regions.

This key role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with global laws and regulations, and driving process improvements that align with business strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-country payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with global payroll and tax laws, updating processes as rules change.
  • Coordinate payroll processes with finance departments and ensure alignment with timelines.
  • Lead the payroll team, implementing secure and compliant systems.
  • Resolve payroll inquiries quickly and enforce controls to reduce risk and fraud.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for leaders, partnering with auditors and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in payroll management.
  • At least one year of experience leading payroll staff or a related field.
  • Experience in Ceridian Dayforce and global payroll management is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to new payroll systems and technologies, implementing efficient solutions.
  • Preparation of reports, analysis of data, and maintenance of compliance documentation is required.
