We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us scale our operations and achieve our business goals.
Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure seamless calendar management, meeting coordination, and task tracking. You will be responsible for scheduling weekly team meetings, managing follow-ups, and planning travel (both business and personal). Additionally, you will research, communicate, and set appointments as needed.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Task tracking using Microsoft Planner

- Required Skills:
- Prior experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking
- Proficiency with Shopify admin and Printful dashboard
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups
- Knowledgeable with Travel planning (business and personal)
- Research, communication, and appointment setting
- Excellent written English and communication
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Canva or similar for simple visual updates
- Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting
- Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management
