
Business Operations Coordinator

We seek a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide top-tier support to our leadership team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, book travel arrangements, and coordinate events
- Process expenses, draft correspondence, and provide regular updates on ongoing projects
- Develop a strong understanding of our operations and reflect professionalism in written communications
- Plan and coordinate meetings, ensure timely follow-up, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives and liaise with internal teams for seamless communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion in handling sensitive information, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
