A Business Development Manager role for an ambitious professional seeking to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
- Craft compelling sales presentations to C-level and decision-makers to secure deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business development, preferably in a BDM or similar role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on BPO, SaaS, or IT.
- A strong track record of success in virtual selling, including Zoom presentations.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets.
- Prior experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly regarded.
