Job Title: Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to own and expand partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline of potential clients
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies via email and phone to introduce our Wedding Insurance solution
  • Build long-term relationships as the trusted point of contact for clients
  • Educate prospects on product benefits and address inquiries or concerns
  • Support clients during onboarding and drive the successful promotion of our product
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in our CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and refine our wedding insurance program
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real-time
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments

  • Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries
  • Prior experience in account management and client retention
