High-Performance Customer Experience Specialist

This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Call Quality Coach, you will be responsible for assessing sales and service calls, facilitating feedback and coaching sessions, and delivering training programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/customer service roles, leadership or coaching, and assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails. They should also possess excellent communication skills, an adaptable coaching approach, and a passion for supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
- Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
- Recognise and act on sales opportunities
- Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
- 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
- Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
- SME business environment experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
- Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
- Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
- Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Own reliable transport
