Job Title: Adaptive Planning Business Transformation Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to transform clients' business planning needs using the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite.
  • Contribute to implementation for our clients, including understanding their current planning process, investigating and recommending solutions, guiding clients through design sessions, and developing forecasting and planning models.
  • Support clients to ensure success by communicating regularly and clearly with clients to set proper expectations and ensure client success.
  • Collaborate internally by sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility.
  • Able to work effectively within teams and alongside customers, while helping to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Ability to execute tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Evident consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers.
