Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process improvement to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Spearhead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas. Manage monthly forecasts and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Distill complex monthly and quarterly results into actionable insights.
  • Bid Strategy Development and Execution: Develop comprehensive bid strategies, focusing on data-driven insights and market trends. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful bid outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
