Financial Planning Analyst Role Overview

This role is focused on driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence through the delivery of accurate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and possess excellent communication skills to engage with senior Finance and Business leaders.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive financial models to inform key initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to shape financial strategies and integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Analyze complex financial data and create actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promote process automation and digital innovation to enhance FP&A processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial software applications, such as Hyperion Financial Management
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations
