Job Overview:

A Functional Consultant provides expert advice and support to businesses, helping them harness technology to streamline processes and achieve their goals. This role involves gathering information from clients to determine their challenges and priorities, then recommending and configuring technology-based solutions to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather information from clients to understand their business requirements
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to address those areas
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements
  • Deliver workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales to develop and review proposals
  • Deploy Salesforce solutions and ensure they meet clients' business requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant using Salesforce
  • Background in workflow configuration
  • Experience in project delivery roles
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade, and Support
