Adaptive Planning Consultant Job DescriptionMain Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities

You will work in a team or independently, helping clients transform their business planning needs with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. As an expert in the field, you will provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite.

  • Contribute to implementation for our clients by understanding their current planning process and recommending the best solution based on client requirements and timeframe.
  • Develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning.
  • Spend considerable time supporting clients to ensure success, communicating regularly and clearly with them, and providing general customer service and assistance.

Key Requirements

  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Implementation experience with at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, present to senior audiences, and work within teams.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business preferred.

Prior consulting experience is desirable.
