A Day In The Life Of A Marketing Program ManagerYou will audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs and craft integrated marketing plans across our channels, emphasizing social media and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities- Determine budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel.
- Work with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan.
- Research and analyze prospective clients, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc.
- Collaborate with specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure projections align with client objectives, efficiency requirements, and business goals.
This role requires 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience.
Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels is essential.
Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client) is necessary.
Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms is required.
Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape is expected.
Familiarity with earned media channels is also required.
Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index is preferred.
Familiarity with Asana and Slack is also necessary.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Appraisal production of 10+/month is expected.
Win rate of 50%+ is required.
Percent of appraised GP to won GP of 70%+ is expected.
Most Important Things (MITs)Audit quality and speed are crucial.
Thought leadership of appraisal collateral development is essential.
Accuracy of appraisal forecasts is necessary.
