About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. As a data-driven, creative and results-oriented professional, you will leverage your expertise across organic and paid media channels to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and optimize conversion rates for digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
  • Bulk and manage affiliate marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies, collaborating with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms and foster authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor and optimize programmatic display, video and native ad campaigns through DSP platforms.
  • Track and measure campaign performance and ROI, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer partnerships.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush or Sprout Social.
