Job Description

Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers across multiple channels (digital, social, email, paid ads, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data analysis and market research.
  • Create, implement, and manage A/B tests and experiments to improve key performance metrics.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce customer churn.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and track ROI.
  • Develop content and strategies to boost organic growth via SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Stay updated on growth trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare reports on growth metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Experience with performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative thinking to identify new growth opportunities.
