Job Overview

This role involves working with various financial systems to ensure their smooth operation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of profit centres and cost centres in SAP
  • Support for finance managers in creating general ledger master data in SAP
  • Maintenance of master data for group reporting
  • Month-end support for executing scheduled job runs and resolving issues arising from these runs
  • Administration of period opening and closing in SAP and execution of roll-over activities for each fiscal year
  • Administrative role in BlackLine, including importing data and monitoring scheduled jobs
  • Workflow master data maintenance for SAP Concur and Ariba
  • Uploading and maintenance of employee cost rates in SAP
  • Uploading data to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Requirements
  • Strong background and experience in SAP ECC, S/4Hana, SAC, Concur, Ariba, and BlackLine
  • Graduate degree in accounting or a related field
  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
