Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Specialist to join our IT team. This role will play a key part in scaling our global IT systems and strategy.

About the Role

This specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining our IT platform, focusing on finance processes that operate at scale. They will develop a best-in-class tech stack and automate processes between systems to achieve this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and maintain our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, as well as other integrated applications, to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Implement improvements to financial processes supporting procurement, accounting operations, financial reporting, travel/expense, and legal contracting.
  3. Enhance audit and SOX controls/procedures.
  4. Maintain processes, governance, and discipline to help our systems scale with business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of progressive ERP/P2P experience, including at least 1 year with NetSuite or Coupa.
  • Experience working with applications such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Kyriba, Ironclad, and Workiva.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS solutions like Fivetran, Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato.
  • Strong alignment to our company values.
  • Expertise in designing systems to scale and understanding tech industry financial processes.
  • Ability to partner effectively with both IT team members and cross-functional business stakeholders.
