Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong proficiency in MYOB Premier and Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and entering invoices accurately and in a timely manner, managing commission payments for sales representatives, and preparing and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets.

They will also handle payroll processing in compliance with Australian laws, prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS), generate monthly financial reports, and oversee debt collection processes.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring compliance with Australian tax and payroll regulations, and collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MYOB Premier and Excel
  • Payroll Knowledge: Proven experience with Australian payroll and tax laws
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
