Live Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a live chat support specialist position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a courteous and professional tone.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in LIVE CHAT customer support.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
