Email Marketing and CRM Specialist Job Description

Miss Amara is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to revolutionize the way rugs are sold online.

This role involves crafting data-driven, on-brand messaging to engage, convert, and retain customers. The ideal candidate will continuously optimize campaigns and automations to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the development and execution of email marketing strategies, with a focus on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  2. Designing and optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and schedule all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Miss Amara's brand voice and aesthetic.
  4. Enhancing customer communications through collaboration with the CX team, using NPS and feedback insights to inform messaging strategy.
  5. Developing detailed briefs for the Content team, leveraging data and past performance insights to guide the creation of high-converting email content.
  6. Continuously testing and experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
  7. Partnering with the Product team to ensure high-priority items and new arrivals receive optimal visibility in email campaigns.
  8. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all key email and CRM metrics, utilizing insights to refine future strategies.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  2. Proven copywriting skills and ability to craft messages that drive conversions.
  3. A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through effective communication.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  5. Strong prioritization and time-management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  6. Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  7. Strong technical CRM skills, including segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
