Job Description

Are you a customer service professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking enthusiastic representatives to join our team in a remote call center environment. In this position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

As a representative, you will resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and research information across systems to support customer needs. You will also accurately document interactions and process claims, guide customers through options to find the best solutions, and follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.

Protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately is crucial in this role. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members and staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge are also essential responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and dedicated, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong command of the English language. They must have prior call center experience and work-from-home experience, as well as a high-speed internet connection and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
