Job Title: Client Care Associate

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction?

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Associate to join our team. As a Client Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing resolution-based interaction and delivering accurate information and updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide resolution-based interaction and deliver accurate information and updates to clients
  • Assist partner teams in answering and addressing general inquiries or concerns of the clients
  • Coordinate with partner teams for timelines and updates on accounts
  • Ensure timely delivery of residential client requests and resolution of complaints
  • Prepare ticket reference numbers in all interactions received and provide status and close all transactions in a timely manner
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Update monitoring reports
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 6 months of work experience in the BPO industry handling after sales concerns
  • Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig or Eastwood
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Good communication skills
