Job Title: Senior Client Support Specialist
Job Description:The AdminPlus Team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of all employee eligibility information. As an AdminPlus Member Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting Plan Sponsors and Members while interacting with AdminPlus Consultants and internal stakeholders.
This position is part of the AdminPlus Operations team in Group Benefits Operations that provides service to select clients who have chosen our Outsourced Administration Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain member records for our block of business with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Support ongoing member maintenance requests and issues.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve employee data issues with internal and external clients using excellent client service skills.
- Respond directly to internal or external client questions regarding maintenance issues.
- Be measured against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness measures to help improve continuously.
- Work collaboratively as a team to learn, improve, and grow.
This role requires individuals with superior customer service skills, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and self-starting ability, attention to detail, effective issue resolution skills, knowledge of Group Benefits Administration, and ability to work in a team setting or independently.
