Job Title: Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support to our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will play an integral part in ensuring the successful adoption and use of our products. You will provide technical guidance and support to our clients, identifying and resolving issues that may impact their ability to use our software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be able to convey complex technical issues in non-technical terms.
  • Learn new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in customer and sales support through various channels.
  • Strong customer service background with a knack for empathy, positive language, attentiveness, and active listening.
  • Experience creating quotes and supporting end-to-end order management processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to handle high volumes and demands.
