Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. As an Incident Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and effective support to our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling and resolving various IT-related incidents and inquiries, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and prioritize incoming incidents, service requests, and inquiries from our clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot non-technical issues, providing first-line support and resolution where possible
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate teams or subject matter experts
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and actions taken
  • Identify trends and patterns in incidents to help improve service delivery
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve non-technical issues
  • Proficient in using various IT support tools and software applications
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably within the IT industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
