Exciting IT Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT support specialist, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to clients. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You should also be proficient in computer applications, have a strong analytical mindset, and be able to troubleshoot various systems and servers.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent time management skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively. As part of this role, you will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field. Requirements:
  1. Proficient in German and English language
  2. Open for native and non-native German speakers
  3. Knowledgeable in computer application
  4. Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease
  5. Experience in handling IT or technical support is a plus
  6. BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
  1. Handle and manage inquiries over phone/emails
  2. Receive and process requests/issues
  3. Ensure proper documentation
  4. Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
  5. Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
  6. Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management
