About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Expansion Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment of sales teams, formulating strategies to establish high-performing sales groups, and motivating and managing team members to increase sales and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit top talent for sales roles.
- Motivate and manage sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct joint field work with sales leaders and agents to assist in sales activities and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in agency sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to build a pipeline of exceptional talents and expand professional networks.
