Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consulting strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and leverage Visa's resources effectively.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results-driven insights to improve client performance.
  • Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of portfolio data to identify key challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on influencing ROI and understanding card issuers' P&L.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in designing project results packages.
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative style and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently and work independently.
