Workflow Automation Expert

The ideal candidate will be an experienced automation specialist, with a proven track record of designing and implementing efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, and related tools to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
  • Develop systems to generate, track, and organize marketing content through LLM-powered processes.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
Marketing Ops Automation:
  • Audit account monitoring, logs, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support SEO-focused initiatives by automating competitor research and developing systems to centralize data and insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop scalable processes.
  • Train team members on new automations and document procedures to ensure knowledge is shared effectively.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles with expertise in tools such as Make.com, Lindy, or equivalent automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows with hands-on experience in building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, logs, and competitive research to inform decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with capacity to adapt to global clients.
