You will work with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools, applying light coding skills where needed. This role focuses on internal development and delivery, perfect for problem-solvers who thrive on building smart, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and test automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods continuously.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • An AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) are a plus, but not required.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments is a plus.
