AI Workflow Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team and help deliver innovative automation solutions to clients.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
About You:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.

Please note that you must be comfortable working with globally distributed, remote teams.
