This role involves leveraging a proprietary platform to streamline healthcare administration tasks and enhance data efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Automate data entry into various electronic medical records (EMRs) as part of research and development initiatives.
- Complete workflow tasks using scripts, available information in client workflow queues, customer EHRs, portals, knowledge base articles, or assistance from the production operations team.
- Review and update knowledge base articles for accuracy and consistency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.
- Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment with high levels of security and confidentiality.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing work demands and priorities.
- Fluent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
