Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with n8n, a powerful automation tool. As our Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our existing workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.

You will be working directly with our founders and technical lead to improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and make refinements to our workflows. This is a core operational function, starting at 10 hours per week with the potential to increase.

  • Experience with building and debugging complex workflows in n8n.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
  • Able to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
  • Strong attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is a bonus.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
