We are looking for an experienced Automation Expert to design and implement efficient automation solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, process improvement, and integration of various systems and tools.

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, designing workflows, and implementing process improvements across multiple business systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain automated workflows, integrate n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and other APIs.

  • Design and implement automated workflows using n8n to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows in Airtable to ensure accurate and reliable execution.
  • Integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to handle data efficiently and improve reporting.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Professional Background:
  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
