Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning programs that meet the needs of various roles within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Design, develop, and publish high-quality course content using recognized instructional models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick.
- Identify effective delivery methods to meet learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
- Author training material using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with adult learning theory and learning technologies, leveraging experiential learning to accelerate development.
- Proven experience in instructional design and development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
