
Learning Experience Designer

The Learning Experience Designer will design & develop eLearning/online learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology methods. This role will be instrumental in building our learning solutions through, research and consultation to develop content across a wide range of topics for onboarding, compliance and foundational skills.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Design and development of learning resources that are engaging and relevant to the workplace and industry context (including but not limited to job aids, workbooks, handouts, skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies)
- Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations
- Manage and execute graphic design and video development projects for instructional and presentation needs
- Maintain training materials, courseware, and online content, to ensure that information is current and accessible
- Research and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional technologies, and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning
- Perform other duties as assigned or required

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong visual design sense, highly creative, and innovative
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Previous experience in training, curriculum design, training needs analysis, and training evaluation
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and e-Learning software/ content creation tools
- Proficiency with learning management system
- At least 1 year experience of eLearning development
- Must be willing to work Australian hours
- Must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital design, media production, motion graphics, and video editing an advantage
- Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML
