Outbound Call Caller and Lead Generator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Caller to generate leads for our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, gathering information, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Manage and record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
