Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional professional who can drive the growth and development of our organization through strategic recruitment, effective onboarding, and seamless internal systems.   • Manage full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for legal and administrative staff.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and offer letters aligned with U.S. labor laws to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Build candidate pipelines and optimize ATS tools to streamline the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols to ensure adherence to U.S. federal/state regulations.
  • Develop structured onboarding and training cycles that enhance the overall employee experience and promote retention.
  • Design SOPs for employee roles, performance evaluations, and HR documentation to standardize internal workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with U.S.-based clients or the legal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices to drive compliance and excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and employees.
