
Virtual HR Recruiter/Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Administrator to join our fully remote legal team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, creating detailed job descriptions and offer letters aligned with U.S. labor laws, building candidate pipelines and optimizing ATS tools, drafting and maintaining compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations, and helping standardize internal workflows, time tracking, vacation policies, and performance reviews.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a core leadership role in shaping our growth and operations, working on meaningful projects that directly impact clients' lives and our internal success.
Required Skills & Qualifications- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with U.S.-based clients or legal industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices
- Experience creating HR policies, onboarding programs, and internal systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed
- Be part of a purpose-driven, fully remote legal team that values innovation and efficiency
